She took her time, and made sure everything I asked for was taken care of! I had some reservations about the property I was looking at. Just some things I wasn’t quite sure about. Rick was recommended by a friend. I had just lost my husband 6 months before, and buying a home is supposed to be one of the most stressful events in one’s life, but Rick made it an easy and pleasant experience. Because I was 5 hrs away from the property, Rick often met contractors or let inspectors into the home while in escrow thus saving me many miles and time. He is thoroughly familiar with excellent contractors and services in the Eugene area.
